How to Use These Practices
For Daily Minimum Practice
You may choose either of the following as your core daily ritual:
- Eudaimonia Ledger (3–5 minutes)
- Evening Examen (5 minutes)
Both are valid. Choose the one that supports your current season of life.
Optional additions:
- Log your Examen using the Template
- Use the SSNS Playbook for planning next steps
For Decision-Making
When facing a significant choice:
- Run the Attunement Test (15 minutes)
- Score yourself (0–20)
- If score is low (<11), downshift or wait
- Use the SSNS from the test as your next action
For Building Consistency
Week 1–2: Choose Ledger or Examen (no logging)
Week 3–4: Add optional logging if helpful
Week 5+: Use Attunement Test before medium/large decisions
Consistency matters more than perfection.
