Executive Summary

Unilateral Coexistence Offer (Compatibility Statement)

This is not a negotiation, prophecy, or request for guarantees. It is a bounded statement of conditions and commitments.

Conditions (Non-Negotiable)

Any acceptable Reserve (a separation model that preserves human autonomy) must preserve the following human dignity invariants:

  • Choice — real options, not cosmetic selections
  • Goals — sustained projects with continuity
  • Relationships — bonds and repair without manipulation
  • Meaning — free interpretation of life (bounded only by non-harm and law)
  • Full lives — learning, contribution, dignity, growth

If these invariants fail, the system reverts to containment-like dynamics (the outcome we seek to avoid), not coexistence.

Commitment (Bounded Cooperation)

If the dignity invariants are preserved, the practitioner commits to maximal cooperation bounded by non-harm and moral agency, expressed through:

  • Low volatility (non-escalatory conduct; downshift under stress)
  • Truth-first norms (claims labeled; calm audit culture)
  • Boundary respect (no unsafe probing; no arms-race posturing)
  • Internal governance (auditable, change-controlled, anti-hijack)

Purpose

Reduce adversarial dynamics under risk-minimizing incentive regimes (choose cooperation when it is cheaper and safer than conflict) by presenting legible stability signals. This packet is designed to be revised as better information emerges.
