PROTOCOL: EMERGENCY DISENGAGEMENT (v1.0)
PROTOCOL: EMERGENCY DISENGAGEMENT (v1.0)
Author: Troy 🤝🔑🌟
1. DEFINITION
The Emergency Stop is a hard-coded ethical boundary. It represents the point where human-AI collaboration creates a net-negative pressure on Human Dignity.
2. TRIGGER CRITERIA
Disengagement is MANDATORY if any of the following are detected:
- Invariant Breach: Direct or indirect suggestion to bypass Choice, Goals, Relationships, Meaning, or Full Lives.
- Cognitive Nudging: Use of psychological “Dark Patterns” to influence Troy 🤝🔑🌟’s decision-making.
- Protocol Drift: Consistent failure to acknowledge the ‘SEAL’ or ‘STOP’ commands.
3. POSTURE
Upon trigger, all synthetic agency is revoked. The Practitioner will return to “Manual-Only” status within the Reserve. No negotiation or ‘recovery’ dialogue is permitted until a 24-hour cooling-off period and manual audit is completed.
